Amy Markman cooks up chicken matzo ball soup and more in her city-certified Soup Love kitchen, which has a six-burner Wolf gas range, four freezers and one refrigerator in 150 square feet of stainless steel and polished concrete. The kitchen is attached to her home but has its own parking and entrance and is flanked by an herb garden overflowing with basil, rosemary and thyme. Markman hopes to host cooking classes, wine tastings and demos. (Judy Cowling)
